TAMPA, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities secured an internet marketing partnership for The Villages of Oak Creek, a 563-home community within the Tampa MSA, delivering a six-figure signing bonus and an ongoing revenue share for the association.

The Villages of Oak Creek was on a retail arrangement, with residents subscribing to internet service individually and the association receiving nothing in return. The majority of residents were already using the same provider, and Vitalis saw the opportunity to structure an internet marketing partnership with that provider.

Under the agreement, the provider gains the right to exclusively market its services within the community. In return, the association receives a six-figure signing bonus and an ongoing revenue share, earning a portion of the revenue from every resident who subscribes. Since most residents already use the provider, the community starts benefiting right away. No construction is required, and resident choice stays intact.

The association can put the signing bonus and revenue share toward maintenance and the ongoing expenses of running the community.
