GREENACRES, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities announced the successful negotiation and execution of a new bulk internet and TV agreement for Pine Ridge North I, a 336-unit community in Greenacres, Florida. The agreement secures a 31% reduction in the per-unit rate and brings high-speed fiber to the community.
With the community’s existing bulk internet and TV agreement set to expire on January 1, 2027, Vitalis moved quickly to position the association for the strongest possible outcome. Vitalis benchmarked current terms against the market through the Vitalis Marketplace, then ran the negotiation through VitalisOS, with multiple rounds of provider proposals driving toward better pricing and stronger infrastructure.
The engagement was completed in about three months. Vitalis held several in-person events and presentations along the way, so the board and residents had full visibility into every proposal and a clear understanding of the final agreement.
“Vitalis has changed the way telecom agreements are negotiated,” said Carlos Pleitez, Vice President of Community Relations at Vitalis Smart Communities. “Every engagement follows the same standardized process. We benchmark a community’s current terms against the market through the Vitalis Marketplace, then run the negotiation through VitalisOS, where providers compete for the business and the final contract is set with clear service level agreements before anything is signed. For Pine Ridge North I, that process delivered a significantly lower rate and a fiber network built for the next decade.”
The new agreement moves Pine Ridge North I onto modern fiber infrastructure, giving residents faster, more reliable service at a meaningfully lower cost to the association.
