MARGATE, FL, Vitalis Smart Communities has negotiated and executed an internet marketing partnership for Indian Key, a 215-home community in Margate, Florida. The agreement brings a fiber upgrade to the community and delivers a five-figure signing bonus to the association.

Under the new agreement, the provider will build out all new fiber infrastructure throughout the community, giving residents access to connectivity built for today’s demands and for what comes next. The association receives a five-figure signing bonus that it can put toward community priorities, and residents keep the choice of whether to subscribe.

Over the course of a year, Vitalis walked the Indian Key board through each of its options. Vitalis is known for closing agreements quickly, but every community sets its own timeline. Indian Key had several moving parts to weigh and wanted time to evaluate them carefully. Vitalis moved at the pace the board set, staying engaged at every stage until the board was ready to move forward.
