WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Vitalis Smart Communities has advised the Northwood Homeowners Association, a 673-home community, in negotiating an Exclusive Marketing Agreement (EMA) with a national internet service provider. A property manager from a prior Vitalis engagement referred Northwood to the firm. When the incumbent ISP declined to compete on EMA terms, Vitalis ran a formal market process and identified a leading national internet service provider ready to deliver industry-leading terms for the community.

The agreement delivers a substantial signing bonus for the association, fiber infrastructure upgrades to all homes, and a dedicated account representative supporting operations and resident services. When multiple providers compete, the terms improve—and these provisions prove what market alternatives deliver.
