ORLANDO, FL: Vitalis Smart Communities has secured a new marketing agreement for a 325-home homeowners association in Orlando, Florida, delivering a 7-figure return over the life of the deal from a service the community was already paying full retail for.

Like most communities, the HOA received internet from multiple providers under standard retail agreements, meaning residents paid full price and the association saw nothing in return. Vitalis ran a formal process, evaluated every option in the market, and structured a deal with the incumbent provider already serving a large share of residents.

Under the new arrangement, the HOA receives a signing bonus, ongoing revenue sharing across both video and internet services, and complimentary television and internet accounts for community use. Money that was leaving the community every month now flows back into it.
