MIAMI, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities, the nations largest telecom advisory platform, announced the successful negotiation and execution of a Right of Entry and Marketing Agreement between The Inverrary Homeowners Association and a national Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Under the 10-year agreement, The Inverrary HOA will receive a significant lump sum cash payment, delivered within 90 days of a signed agreement, at no cost or obligation to the community or its residents. As part of the agreement, the ISP will assume full responsibility for maintaining, operating, and repairing all cable system wiring to the ground block of each home. Residents will receive priority restoration status following hurricanes and natural disasters, with service interruptions addressed no later than the next business day. The community will also receive complimentary service outlets and Common Area Wi-Fi Hotspots at no cost throughout the term.
