GREENACRES, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities secured the renewal of the internet marketing partnership for Villamar at Toscana Isles Homeowners Association, a 208-home community in Greenacres, Florida. The renewed agreement includes a significant signing bonus for the association, which had received no financial consideration under its prior agreement.
Following a comprehensive review of the community’s existing agreement, Vitalis benchmarked its terms against real-time market data through the Vitalis Marketplace and found the association was not being compensated for the value it delivered to its provider.
