Palm Beach Gardens, FL — Arbor Parc Homeowners Association, a 600-unit community located in Palm Beach Gardens, has finalized a transformative bulk telecommunications agreement that modernizes the community’s infrastructure, significantly reduces resident costs, and future-proofs the property with fiber-optic connectivity. The initiative was led by Vitalis Smart Communities, a national advisory firm specializing in bulk telecom negotiations and smart-community infrastructure.
Prior to this agreement, Arbor Parc was operating on a legacy coaxial platform with only one provider capable of servicing the property. Under the previous structure, homeowners were paying an average of $180 per month for television services and approximately $100 per month for high-speed internet. An exclusive marketing agreement originally implemented by the developer had been automatically renewing for years, limiting competition and preventing meaningful cost reductions or technology upgrades.
Through a competitive market process conducted by Vitalis Smart Communities, the association was able to introduce a fiber-optic provider with a strong operational footprint and an established base of satisfied clients in the surrounding Palm Beach Gardens market. The new agreement delivers bulk multi-gigabit internet services at approximately one-third of the prior cost, while fully replacing outdated coaxial infrastructure with fiber optics throughout the community.
As part of the modernization effort, all common areas at Arbor Parc will be connected with dedicated dark fiber. This expansive private network enables centralized control of current and future smart-community technologies, including access control, security systems, managed WiFi, and other IoT solutions. The fiber backbone positions the community for long-term scalability without the need for repeated capital investments.
The new bulk agreement reduces the average homeowner’s monthly telecommunications expense by approximately $150. Over the 10-year contract term, this equates to total projected savings of $10.8 million for the Arbor Parc community, while simultaneously increasing property value, operational efficiency, and technological flexibility.
Vitalis Smart Communities continues to work with homeowner associations, developers, and property owners nationwide to unlock cost savings, eliminate legacy constraints, and deploy modern infrastructure that enhances resident experience and long-term asset value.
