Before Vitalis’s involvement, the association maintained an outdated bulk video contract while many residents paid individually for internet services, resulting in high costs, limited speeds, and inconsistent support.

Following Vitalis’ formal RFP process, the board selected Fibernow as the new internet and video provider, unifying services under one efficient bulk fiber agreement. The property was upgraded to full fiber for future-ready speed and reliability, supported by dedicated account management to ensure consistent, responsive service.

The project resulted in over $200,000 in yearly savings, extended complimentary service periods, and an upfront signing bonus that strengthened association reserves. Residents now enjoy faster, more reliable internet and video services supported by local customer care.
