LAKE WORTH, FL, Vitalis Smart Communities negotiated a new bulk TV agreement for The Gardens of Willow Bend II, securing a lower rate and a significant signing bonus for the association. The deal was executed from start to finish in 21 days. This is the third deal Vitalis has been called to advise on in the community.

The community’s bulk TV agreement had been rolling through auto-renewals, and a new two-year term had started only a month before Vitalis was engaged. Vitalis didn’t wait out the term. It went back to the current provider and renegotiated the agreement to reflect today’s market.

The new agreement gives the community a lower rate and a significant signing bonus for the association, with a five-year term. Residents keep the same service they have today, with no changes or disruption.
