The agreement delivers a six-figure signing bonus to the association. It also includes complimentary internet and TV service along with dedicated Wi-Fi coverage for common areas and amenity spaces for the community. Notably, the deal required no construction or infrastructure investment. The provider was already serving the property, making this a clear example of a community capturing value from an incumbent relationship rather than leaving it on the table.
