Deerfield’s board had decided against a bulk internet agreement for the community. Vitalis instead negotiated directly with the community’s existing provider, securing a six-figure signing bonus to the association while preserving residents’ current service and freedom of choice. The agreement was finalized in three months, a turnaround that reflects how quickly a board can unlock value when partnered with the right telecom advisor.
