Vitalis Structures Bulk Renewal & Managed Wi-Fi Upgrade for Salt Lake City Multifamily Community

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — Vitalis Smart Communities has successfully renegotiated the bulk internet agreement for Quattro, a 95-unit multifamily community in Salt Lake City, Utah, upgrading the service model and eliminating a recurring cost burden for residents under a renewed agreement with the property’s incumbent provider.

Under the previous arrangement, residents were required to either supply their own router or pay a monthly rental fee to the provider, an added expense that created friction and inconsistency in the connectivity experience. The new agreement eliminates that cost entirely. Managed Wi-Fi is now included as part of the bulk arrangement, providing residents with a standardized, professionally managed network at no additional equipment charge.

The transition to managed Wi-Fi represents a meaningful quality-of-life improvement for residents and a more modern approach to bulk internet infrastructure, one that reduces support burden, increases resident satisfaction, and positions the property more competitively in the current rental market.

“The goal of any telecom renewal should be to improve what residents experience day to day, while also strengthening the underlying technology at the asset level,” said Meaghan Peek, Vice President, Vitalis Smart Communities. “For multifamily owners, that means renewals shouldn’t just hold a rate. Getting managed Wi-Fi included in this agreement and eliminating a monthly router fee is exactly that kind of improvement — a better deal for residents, and a better asset for ownership.”
