After a comprehensive review process led by Vitalis, Magnolia Lakes chose to renew with Blue Stream Fiber under dramatically improved terms that lowered costs and delivered next-generation technology upgrades for all residents.

Leveraging its industry expertise, Vitalis secured bulk service costs equal to what residents paid at the start of their prior agreement. Ensuring financial stability for the HOA and retaining predictable monthly dues for homeowners.

In addition to cost savings, Vitalis negotiated an XGS-PON fiber upgrade, enabling residents to access speeds up to 10 Gbps directly to their homes. The agreement also secured:

• 50% increase in bulk internet speeds for all households
• New Wi-Fi 7 modems deployed community-wide for future-ready wireless coverage
