LAKE WORTH, FL — Vitalis Smart Communities advised The Villas of Willow Bend, a 260-home community in Lake Worth, Florida, in restructuring a long-standing bulk television agreement that delivered instant savings and significant signing bonus.

The Villas of Willow Bend’s existing bulk TV agreement had been in place since 2012 and had auto-renewed annually since 2020. By the time Vitalis was engaged, the community had missed the cancellation window and the contract had just renewed for an additional two years, locking the association in through August 2028. Rather than accept the extended term, Vitalis went back to the table and negotiated a new start date of September 1st of this year, allowing the community to begin realizing savings on its current rate two years ahead of schedule.
