Palm Beach Gardens, FL — Vitalis Smart Communities announced the successful modernization of telecommunications services for Sandalwood HOA, a 248-home residential community located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Through a rigorous, competitive vendor process, Vitalis negotiated a landmark bulk internet and TV agreement that will save residents more than $150 per month on their internet and TV services, representing a community-wide savings of over $446,400 annually, while simultaneously bringing next-generation fiber connectivity to every home.
Prior to Vitalis’ engagement, Sandalwood HOA residents were receiving an outdated television product delivered over legacy copper coaxial infrastructure with no fiber connectivity in the community. Homeowners were paying retail-rate TV costs individually, receiving diminishing value from an aging network with no service-level protections and no path to modernization.
Vitalis was retained to independently lead a formal, competitive RFP process on behalf of the community. The team engaged and evaluated proposals from eight Internet and TV providers, benchmarking pricing, technology, service commitments, and contract terms before presenting a comprehensive recommendation to the HOA board.
The community selected a local Florida-based ISP as its new provider partner. The negotiated agreement delivers transformative improvements across every dimension of service:
“Communities like Sandalwood deserve more than outdated infrastructure and retail-priced service,” said Vitalis Smart Communities. “Our role is to level the playing field, running a real competitive process, holding providers accountable, and delivering agreements that bring communities into the future. Doubling the service package at the same cost while eliminating copper and installing full fiber is exactly the kind of transformation we exist to create.”
The new agreement positions Sandalwood HOA to support the growing bandwidth demands of modern households, smart home technology, and streaming platforms, while stabilizing costs for years to come. By partnering with a local Florida provider, the community also benefits from a provider with a vested interest in regional performance and accountability.
