Fort Myers, FL –Vitalis is pleased to announce the successful completion of a new internet and TV service agreement for Myerlee Park Homes, an 87-unit community in Fort Myers, Florida, replacing the previous broadband service.
Like many smaller HOAs, Myerlee Park Homes faced challenges in attracting meaningful attention from providers and negotiating favorable contract terms. Although the community was already served by fiber, residents had grown concerned about service quality, rising costs, and a lack of dedicated support. The board formed a cable committee to evaluate options and engaged Vitalis to help level the playing field.
After a thorough procurement and negotiation process, the community selected Broadstar, a Florida-based boutique ISP known for its high-touch service model and dedicated AON fiber network. By working closely with both the HOA and Broadstar’s leadership team, Vitalis was able to deliver a transformative outcome that directly benefits residents.
Key highlights of the agreement include:
“This engagement shows that smaller communities can achieve big wins with the right advisory support,” said Maz Khan, President of Vitalis Smart Communities. “By partnering with Broadstar, Myerlee Park Homes secured enterprise-grade technology, meaningful financial savings, and a provider relationship designed around their needs.”
The result is a future-proof broadband solution, negotiated with the residents’ best interests in mind, and a strong new partnership between Myerlee Park Homes and Broadstar.
