Stuart, FL — Vitalis Smart Communities advised Twin Lakes Condominiums, a 288-unit residential community in Stuart, Florida, in its selection of BroadStar as the community’s new bulk TV and Internet provider. The partnership will deliver a full fiber-to-the-home upgrade, replacing the community’s legacy coaxial TV-only system with a modern, high-speed fiber network and streaming TV service.

Several providers were invited to bid, and BroadStar’s proposal stood out for its infrastructure investment, superior service levels, and long-term value to the association.
In addition to resident savings, the Twin Lakes board received a significant signing bonus from BroadStar, which will be used to strengthen the community’s reserves and fund future improvements.
