LAKE WORTH, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities announced the successful negotiation and execution of a new five-year bulk TV agreement for The Gardens of Willow Bend III, a residential community in Lake Worth, Florida. The agreement refreshes the community’s rate and delivers a significant signing bonus to the association.

The engagement came to Vitalis through referral. After Vitalis restructured the bulk TV agreement at neighboring Villas of Willow Bend, the property manager asked the team to do the same for The Gardens of Willow Bend III.

Timing mattered. The community’s previous contract had just rolled into a two-year renewal term that began this month. Vitalis moved quickly, taking the deal from signed Letter of Authorization on August 28 to an executed agreement in under a month. Because the team acted fast, the association got a new five-year term at a refreshed rate instead of being locked into another two years under the old terms.
