ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL – Vitalis Smart Communities secures an internet marketing partnership for PortoSol a 499-home community in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The community had no prior telecom agreement in place, leaving significant value on the table.

Through a competitive RFP process and multiple rounds of negotiations, Vitalis pushed the provider well beyond its opening offer. The result was a signing bonus for the association well above where the negotiation started. The agreement also delivers three Wi-Fi access points and complimentary TV and internet accounts for the community.
