Palm Beach Gardens, FL — Vitalis announced the successful modernization of telecommunications services for Siena Oaks, a 299-home single-family residential community located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The initiative resulted in substantial reductions to the community’s monthly HOA Internet and TV bill while delivering a next-generation fiber-optic network built for long-term performance and reliability.
Prior to Vitalis’ engagement, Siena Oaks was served by a legacy coaxial television and internet provider operating under an outdated agreement with no service-level protections, aging infrastructure, slow speeds, and escalating costs. The agreement offered limited value to the HOA and residents while providing no meaningful accountability or performance guarantees.
Vitalis was retained to independently evaluate the existing contract, benchmark market alternatives, and negotiate a modern, community-first solution.
As a result of Vitalis’ advisory and negotiation efforts, Siena Oaks achieved:
Unlike many legacy agreements, the new bulk service includes premium internet speeds and enhanced TV channel offerings for all residents, eliminating the need for homeowners to purchase costly retail upgrades to receive high-quality service.
“Our role is to act as an independent advocate for residential communities,” said Vitalis Smart Communities. “At Siena Oaks, we were able to reduce the HOA’s monthly technology spend, replace outdated infrastructure, and deliver a fiber-optic platform that includes premium services for every homeowner—without forcing residents into expensive add-ons.”
The new agreement positions Siena Oaks to support increasing bandwidth demands, modern streaming platforms, and future smart-home technologies while stabilizing costs and protecting the community through a balanced, transparent contract structure.
