Zac Brooks brings a range of real estate and private equity transaction experience having closed over $850M in investments across the capital stack. As Chief Financial Officer of Vitalis Smart Communities, Zac focuses on working with institutional owners of multifamily, student housing, single-family for-rent, seniors living, and manufactured housing communities to increase property-level NOI and maximize the value of real estate holdings at a portfolio level via programmatic relationships.

Abigail Kind specializes in operations and business development for scaling startups. She has built operational frameworks and business development systems, guiding companies from inception to growth. With expertise in customer acquisition and process optimization, she focuses on streamlining operations and implementing scalable systems to drive VSC’s expansion.

Maz Khan is a telecommunications expert specializing in fiber optics, sales strategy, and consulting for MDU owners and HOA boards. With years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving fiber expansion, he understands the challenges communities face in adopting new technology. As President of Community Relations, he focuses on identifying the best connectivity solutions and assisting clients in their implementation by partnering with top-tier providers.

With a background in computer science and data analytics, Meaghan combines her technical expertise with strategic insight to help communities maximize value and efficiency. Her work drives smarter decisions and long-term success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Heather Haley leads multifamily advisory and partnerships across the United States at Vitalis Smart Communities. She draws on her experience leading acquisitions and asset management for Vitalis’s national healthcare real estate portfolio to grow the multifamily advisory platform.

Carlos Pleitez is an experienced telecommunications solutions expert dedicated to finding the best technology solutions for his clients. As Director of Community Development at Vitalis Smart Communities, he focuses on building national partnerships and helping property owners implement cutting-edge, cost-effective solutions. His goal is to enhance communities with premium technology while ensuring long-term value and savings for residents.

Adam leads HOA and COA advisory efforts across Florida’s West Coast. He brings over 15 years of telecom sales and leadership experience, including Enterprise and Account Management roles at Time Warner Cable / Charter, AT&T, Single Digits and most recently three years as Community Solutions Sales Manager at Spectrum in Tampa.

Bradd Peacock works with HOA and COA decision-makers to help communities modernize their internet infrastructure. He brings seven-plus years of sales and business development experience across BPO, software, finance, healthcare, and marketing.

Aaron Peek works with HOAs and COAs to deliver fiber internet and smart building solutions that reduce costs and improve the resident experience. He has been with the Vitalis organization since 2022, starting as a Senior Associate on the real estate acquisitions side before transitioning to Vitalis Smart Communities as Director of Community Relations in late 2025.

Joe Wilcox leads developer relations across Florida at Vitalis Smart Communities. He brings a background in consultative sales and client acquisition from the insurance brokerage industry with AmeriLife and Signature Medicare Solutions.

Daniel Peek works with HOAs and COAs on fiber internet, video, and smart building solutions, helping communities modernize their technology infrastructure and reduce costs.

Nate Lewis leads AI strategy and automation at Vitalis Smart Communities, designing and deploying AI agents, mapping operational workflows, and running internal AI training for the team.
